Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- A proof of purchase must be provided
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on shorts unless they are faulty or not as described. All other products in our collection (polos, sweatshirts, t-shirts, and track tops) are eligible for returns.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

- Include your order number and details about the items you wish to return or exchange
- Our Oxford-based team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions
- Package your items securely and include the completed returns form (we’ll provide this)
- Ship your return using a trackable method (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility)

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, or PayPal)

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. The process is the same as for returns – simply indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange rather than a refund.
Damaged or Faulty Items

International Returns
For customers outside the UK (excluding some Asian and remote regions as specified in our shipping policy):
